We want your shopping experience at All Things Inspiration Giftique to be hassle free!

Returns / Exchange Policy

 

If you need to return something due to a defect, please contact us via email or give us a call and we'll work with you to make it right.

 

If you are making a request for for any other reason, please read our return/exchange policy below:

 

  • Anything that has been personalized is not returnable, if there is a problem with the personalized item please contact us. 

  • If a special order was placed for us to bring in inventory specifically for you (that we did not have in stock), please contact us if there is a problem with the item upon receipt.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your purchase.

  • To make an exchange, you must have your receipt (paper or email). 

  • All items being exchanged must be in new condition with all tags/ stickers still attached and no damages.

  • Exchange request without a receipt or past the 14 day return window will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If they are accepted, the refund will be issued as an account credit that you can use in our stores or on our websites. 

  • Clearance items are non-returnable.

  • You should expect to receive your exchange credit within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

Shipping


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

  • Orders will be processed within 2- 4 business days of receipt of order.

  • Orders are not shipped on holidays or weekends.

  • Shipping information will be sent in your confirmation email.

  • Our orders are normally shipped through USPS or UPS.

  • We also provide drop shipping services for gifts that you would like to have shipped directly to the receiver. Please email us the special directions for gift drop shipping.  

  • *If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify via email.  All Things Inspiration Giftique LLC will not be held responsible for orders lost, stolen or damaged during transit. We will do our best to assist you if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
